Young Adult Group
If you are a recent college grad, newly married couple, or single and looking to meet other church members to socialize with and talk to about hot topics of the day, we want to hang with you!
We have monthly Bible studies, and monthly social events. We have our Bible studies at the church on the first Sundays of the month at 5:30 p.m. (except when there's something like Easter happening that day!). Come join us!

MORE THAN THAT???
Sunday Bible Study
We meet the second Sunday of each month in the church library —don't worry, you can miss a month and not be behind on the study. We gather at 5:30 p.m.
February 12th we'll be continuing with the Rob Bell Nooma series. For this study only, we have a change in location. The study will be at the Perkeys' house, at the usual time 5:30 – 7:00 pm, due to the church Valentine's dinner taking place the same evening.
Strategic Shopping & Saving Money – February 19th 5:30 pm at SHPC
Ever wondered how the "extreme couponers" do it? Learn how to apply their methods and approaches to your family's weekly shopping trips, in a very manageable way, to positively affect your budget's bottom line. Learn ways to save money on groceries, shopping, eating out, entertainment - all without changing your lifestyle! If possible, bring a laptop computer.
Social Events
At least once per month we get together for something outside the church.

We're going to be having another fun-filled month in February with FILO! Join us for the social event for the month; a Football Game Watching Party (bet you can guess which one!) at the Uzzles' house. Kickoff for the game this year is on Feb 5th at 5:30 pm. Baked potatoes and all the fixings will be provided by the Uzzles, guests please bring an appetizer.
Rec Sports Team Forming
We are trying to form a team to participate in one of Austin's rec sports leagues. If you are interested in playing (sport yet to be determined) contact Courtney at 2crazycoopers AT gmail.com.
